Simple, whichever way you cook
Choose stovetop for a little extra wok-style texture or microwave for the quickest route. Both methods start with the same ready-to-use pouch.

Open the pouch
Open the pouch, gently loosen the noodles and set them aside.

Cook the eggs
Scramble 2 eggs on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 1 minute.

Combine noodles
Add the noodles to the eggs with 2 tablespoons of water. Toss, then microwave for 1 minute.

Add protein & veg
Add cooked protein and vegetables. Toss, then microwave for another 30–60 seconds.

Plate and garnish
Top with roasted peanuts, fresh lime and dried chili powder. Serve immediately.

Heat chicken, shrimp, pork or tofu in a pan until cooked through.

Add the eggs
Add 2 eggs and scramble them together with the protein in the pan.

Add the noodles
Add noodles with 2–3 tablespoons of water. Stir-fry, tossing gently.

Fold in vegetables
Add bean sprouts, tofu and chives. Fold together until heated through.

Plate and garnish
Top with roasted peanuts, fresh lime and dried chili powder. Serve immediately.
